Flexible Working Hours System
We apply a flexible working hours system (not applicable during the probationary period; settlement period of one month). Employees are free to set their own working hours within the window of 9:00–21:00 (core time: 11:30–15:30; standard working hours: 8 hours).

Company Trip
We hold an annual company trip that is completely optional.In 2024, to commemorate our 20th anniversary, we traveled to New York for a 6-day, 4-night trip. All travel expenses are covered by the company.
