A society where entertainment is more accessible to everyone.
\n I truly believe that if such a world were to become a reality, there would be no conflicts whatsoever.
\n Entertainment has the power to soothe not only our own hearts but also those of others, guiding us toward peace. The creative process itself is a condensed \u201cmicrocosm of life,\u201d filled with joy, conflict, challenges, and growth. That is why, I believe, when people engage with entertainment, they see their own lives reflected in it, come to understand others, and open their hearts.
\n Even as I write this (April 1, 2026), the world is becoming increasingly chaotic. Through our business, which aims to expand the entertainment market, if we can help bring even a glimmer of light to this chaos, nothing would make me happier.<\/p>\n

Over the past few years, our company has focused on strengthening our media business. We are accelerating our efforts to deliver the appeal of entertainment to as many people as possible\u2014not only by further evolving the historic *Confetti*, which has been in publication for 20 years and has published over 250 issues, but also by launching multiple web media outlets and apps, and strengthening our social media presence. We will continue to push forward with even greater momentum.<\/p>\n

In the 20-plus years since our founding, society has digitized at a speed beyond imagination. By conventional logic, this was an era when it would have been no surprise to see entertainment\u2014especially real-world experiences\u2014shrink. Yet in reality, the market has actually expanded several-fold over the past 20 years.
\n Even back then, while I believed that \u201cthe world of live entertainment will never disappear,\u201d I cannot deny that I was also trying to convince myself of that. There were certainly people around me who thought that real-world entertainment might follow the same path as film photography, which was forced to exit the stage under the pressure of the digital wave.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

But now, I can speak about the future of entertainment with greater conviction than ever before. There is no other industry that possesses the power to move people\u2019s hearts, connect them, and lead them toward peace. I am convinced that entertainment will become increasingly essential to society in the years to come.<\/p>\n

After more than 20 years of dedicating ourselves wholeheartedly to this industry, our company has, before we knew it, become what you might call a \u201cveteran\u201d in the field. In the process, we\u2019ve accumulated a wealth of expertise. I feel we have now entered a phase where we can finally put that knowledge to use.
\n The difference between moving people\u2019s hearts and not is truly a matter of the slightest nuance. That is precisely why this expertise is a highly valuable asset unique to our company. How we will leverage it\u2014please look forward to our company\u2019s second stage.<\/p>\n

We aim to play a role in passing this culture on to the future, together with everyone involved in the entertainment industry.
\n Event organizers, artists, and audiences\u2014it is only when each of these individual passions comes together that entertainment truly comes to life. As the bridge connecting them, we will continue to move forward with sincerity and dedication.
